Buyers waiting

Memorandum of understanding to post online and in Prestige Partners a description of books of business wanted to buy by potential purchasers or receive notification of opportunities

1. The potential purchaser agrees to pay the registration fee for online description of book(s) of business wanted to buy on the KnowledgeMaster website and for 6 or 12 months notice lodgement in the monthly newsletter Prestige Partners.
2. Such registration fee is currently $599.00 for 6 months or $999.00 for 12 months GST inc. and is paid prior to any lodgement of information online or in the monthly e-zine Prestige Partners or any notification of purchase opportunities.
3. On payment of such a fee the description and copy for distribution through Prestige Partners and online at www.knowledgemaster.com.au is sent to you for confirmation. On receipt of approval in writing or by traceable electronic contact by you or an approved party by you, your request is then lodged online for 6 or 12 months and posted in the monthly newsletter Prestige Partners for 6 or 12 consecutive issues.
4. Jim Prigg and Associates P/L , KnowledgeMaster P/L or their staff do not enter into negotiations on your behalf with any purchasers, their agents or representatives.
5. Any negotiations for a transaction take place directly between the vendor and the intending purchaser.
6. Jim Prigg and Associates P/L, KnowledgeMaster P/L or their staff do not take commissions from any sales that may eventuate from either the vendor or purchaser.
7. Potential purchasers may renew the registration fee at the expiration date upon confirmation by them in writing or by traceable electronic means to do so.
8. Jim Prigg and Associates P/L, KnowledgeMaster P/L or their staff accept no responsibility for any outcomes or non outcomes of negotiations between vendors and purchasers or their agents and advisers.
9. Jim Prigg and Associates P/L, KnowledgeMaster P/L or their staff accept no responsibility or liability for any information given to compose the documentation of the postings by intending purchasers, vendors or third parties.
10. Vendors are required to complete a specific set of questions online before their request is posted on the website, in the Prestige Partners monthly newsletter or they receive any notification of opportunities.
11. On registration of intent by interested parties, Jim Prigg and Associates P/L, KnowledgeMaster P/L or their staff will advise the vendor by electronic means and/or telephone of the identity and contact details of such potential business interests as soon as it is physically possible.
